phtaya22 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Filipino Players

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to phtaya22 and its services is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. phtaya22 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.

• You have not previously been self-excluded or had your account permanently closed by phtaya22.

phtaya22 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation when requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed. Any winnings generated by accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

2. Account Registration and Verification

When registering an account on phtaya22, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Specifically:

• Your real full name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID.
• A valid email address that you own and control.
• A mobile number currently in your possession and registered in the Philippines.
• Accurate date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or above.

Each individual may hold only one active account on phtaya22. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If phtaya22 detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether by name, device, IP address, payment method, or other identifying information — all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be held pending review.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phtaya22 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact phtaya22 support immediately at support@phtaya22.app.

phtaya22 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence) and proof of address. Account functionality may be limited until verification is completed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on phtaya22 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your verification tier and chosen payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Accepted payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
• Withdrawal to third-party accounts: phtaya22 will only process withdrawals to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as the phtaya22 account holder. Withdrawal to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• Funds deposited into a phtaya22 account may only be used for gaming on the platform. Deposits may not be used to launder money or circumvent financial regulations.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• phtaya22 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large transactions or transactions that trigger compliance review requirements.

phtaya22 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside phtaya22's control.

Deposits that are made and not used for gaming within a reasonable period may be subject to a return-to-source process if the account has been flagged for compliance review. In such cases, phtaya22 will return the unused deposit amount to the original payment source.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on phtaya22, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed by the phtaya22 system. Review your selection, odds, and stake amount carefully before submitting.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game type and market. They are displayed on the relevant game or event page. Bets below the minimum will not be accepted.

• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sporting fraud in connection with bets placed on phtaya22.
• Using phtaya22 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phtaya22 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or account closure decisions.
• Sharing your login credentials with any other person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit odds inconsistencies across markets in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than legitimate sports betting.

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• phtaya22 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• The account holder has provided false or unverifiable identity information.
• The account is found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.
• phtaya22 is required to close the account by a regulatory body or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held and not released until the investigation is concluded. If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., player-requested closure or regulatory direction), any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their last confirmed withdrawal method, after any applicable processing checks are completed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phtaya22 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use phtaya22.
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on phtaya22, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or telecommunications infrastructure.

phtaya22 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and data accuracy, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that information displayed on the platform is free from errors at all times. In the event of a service disruption affecting active bets, phtaya22 will resolve affected bets fairly based on available information at the time of the interruption.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits phtaya22's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of phtaya22 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

Our support team is available 24/7 and will respond to all formal complaints within 72 hours.

For disputes related to phtaya22's gaming licence compliance, players may also escalate to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority overseeing the platform's operating licence.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phtaya22 with respect to your use of the platform.
